You will be responsible for maintaining the current high standard of cleaning to the external and internal communal areas in and around the estates in your designated area including the prompt removal of litter, fly-tipping and graffiti. You will also be required to carry out some minor repairs and landscape improvements. 

In addition to this you will monitor, report and record Health and Safety issues in line with group policies and provide a high quality service to all tenants and leaseholders in the area. 

Although the post is based in Leicester you will be required to travel to assist colleagues in other areas of the East Midlands from time to time as well as attend meetings and training at company offices.

The ideal candidate will have general repairs and/or building trade experience.
