This is an opportunity to join Select Appointments Onsite Division as a Contract Consultant working on a well established prestige contract based in Derby.

You will be responsible for building close relationships with customers to ensure long term growth by delivering a first class recruitment service. To achieve this you will be confident, self motivated and have the drive and tenacity to succeed in a highly rewarding but competitive industry.
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience as you will need to hit the ground running. However, you will receive REC Accredited Training along with training on the processes and specific contract.
You will need to deliver excellent customer service, think on your feet showing initiative and work quickly and effectively. You will also need to have good customer facing skills, clear and confident telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines.
The role involves sourcing candidates, filling temporary bookings across a diverse range of disciplines at all levels including technical and engineering, maintaining accurate records, good planning and organisational skills essential and you will have to be resilient.
No sales involved but account development will be a key issue.
